Giveaway Voucher

• Giveaways are subject to the claimant making a purchase to the value as stated in the offer and may be restricted to purchases of regular priced merchandise only.
• Giveaways are only given at time of purchase and cannot be claimed afterwards.
• Giveaways are limited to while stocks last and can not be reserved.
• Only one giveaway item per customer.
• The following details must be provided if requested: Name, Mobile number and Email or Physical Address

Lucky Draws and Competitions

• A purchase will validate your entry.
• A completed entry form must be attached to a till slip and placed in the entry box in-store.
• Your contact details must be completed to validate your entry.
• The winner will be notified of their success at the address and/or telephone number provided in the competition entry within 10 days of the closing date of each competition.  The judge’s decision is final and binding and no further correspondence will be entered into.
• The competition is deemed to be closed and a winner chosen only after the competition closing date.
• Competitions are not open to Garden Pavilion employees or members of the employee’s immediate family, agents or any other person associated with the management or administration of Garden Pavilion competitions.
• Entry to competitions assumes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and your agreement to be bound by them.  Our competitions are governed by South African law and any matter arising from any of our competitions will be resolved under South African law and the local magistrates exclusive jurisdictions.

Coupons

• Coupons are validated by a purchase of any regular priced item.
• Coupons are only valid for the specific day mentioned on the coupon.
• This coupon must be presented to claim discount.
• Only one coupon per customer.
• The following details must be provided if requested: Name, Mobile number and Email or Physical Address.
